Discover Yantra Yoga — Ancient Tibetan Yoga for Modern Life
"A practice that helps coordinate body, energy, and mind, while making us more balanced and free from tension, is immensely important. When we have a more relaxed mind, it is possible to have a better, more harmonious, and healthy life."
—Chögyal Namkhai Norbu, Tibetan Master
Yantra Yoga is one of the world's oldest authentic yoga traditions, preserved intact through the Tibetan lineage. This practice coordinates specific movements and breathing inside a rhythm, to help you breathe better, improve your health, and experience deep relaxation. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, Yantra Yoga offers a profound path accessible to all.
